Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. When you use the screenshot or icon generator, your uploaded images are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save a project. If you upgrade to Pro, Stripe handles payment processing — we store only your Stripe customer ID, not card details.
How we use it
We use your email to send transactional messages (account confirmation, invoices, password reset). If you opted in on the homepage, we also send product update emails — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies & analytics
We use a first-party analytics tool (Plausible) that does not set cookies and does not track you across sites. We store a session cookie (via Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in, and an affiliate referral cookie if you arrived via a partner link.
Data storage
Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Saved projects are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@iconfast.io.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (auth + storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Plausible (analytics). Each has their own privacy policy. We use Google OAuth as an optional sign-in method.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@iconfast.io. We will process your request within 30 days.
